Second Gear
Second Gear is a volunteer ministry designed to provide automobile maintenance and repair for single parents and widows at Second Baptist Church. Our volunteers are passionate about helping struggling families. Each person will receive an honest evaluation of his or her mechanical problems. Second Gear only charges for parts and materials needed. There is never a charge for labor with the support of Second Gear volunteers.
Qualifications
To qualify, each applicant needs to meet the following criteria:- A single parent or widow
- A member of Second Baptist Church
- And involved in a bible study for at least 3 months.
